Job Description:

Mollen Immunization Clinics is currently seeking Scheduling Specialists to work in the Scottsdale office. Specialists will assist with the coordination and scheduling of nurses and clerks to each of the daily clinics in hub, retail, community center, or corporate settings. Clinic schedules will run 7 days a week from September through the end of November or into early December.

Job Duties include:

  • Pre-books staff to support the needs of each clinic
  • Contacts nurses by telephone to provides replacement staffing for sites that become vacant due to last minute cancellations/ no-shows
  • Responsible for achieving the targeted service/staffing level for each clinic
  • Receives and addresses scheduling requests from field associates
  • Attends training sessions prior to and throughout the season to assist in processing and team building

Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills a must
  • Confident in dealing with people, great social skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment required
  • Requires excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
  • Professional telephone skills and good listening skills (essential)
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Explorer, Outlook, and Word) required
  • Must be able to type at least 25 WPM
  • Completion of background screening (required)

Physical Environment

  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
  • Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
