Job Description:

Mollen Immunization Clinics is seeking Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to work in our Scottsdale office (day and weekend shifts starting at 6 AM during the season). Our clinics run 7 days a week from August through early December. This position is responsible for hiring nurses, customer care professionals and for managing the flow of employee paperwork for our immunization clinics throughout the United States.

Job Duties include:

• Reviews nurse/clerk application and resumes
• Screens and interviews applicants by phone
• Receives and reviews employment paperwork
• Contact candidates via telephone and/or email to request additional information
• Process rehire applications
• Performs final review of employee paperwork, assigns employee IDs
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to multi-task
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills a must
• Confident in dealing with people, great social skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment required
• Requires excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Professional telephone skills and good listening skills (essential)
• Computer skills (Windows, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Adobe,) required
• Must be able to type at least 25 WPM
• Ability to effectively assist and provide back up support to other positions within the department

Physical Environment

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
